10 cloves garlic (garlic press)
1 lg. can peeled tomatoes
- put collander in pan
- pan tomatoes in squish real good
- take all hard pieces out and throw away
- few shakes of salt, then pepper
- 1/2 - 3/4 cups of oil
- 1/2 - 3/4 cups of vinegar
- cover top with oregano till you don't see red
