Meat Loaf

1/2 Cup Catsup
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 lb Ground Beef
1 lb Ground Pork (veal, turky or lamb)
2 eggs
1 cup Bread Crumbs
1 small Onion (chopped)
2 cloves Garlic (minced)
1 cup Milk
1 1/2 tsp
1 tsp sage
2 slices cheese (what ever you like)

Make sauce from catsup and brown sugar mix.  Set half the sauce on the side for use later.  Mix the other half of the sauce with all the other items except the cheese.  Form the meat loaf on a greased baking pan.  Coat with other half of sauce and bake for about 1 hour or till temp is between 145 and 150.  Place cheese in thin strips on top of loaf and bake till melted, should be less then 5 min.
