Monkey Bread

3 cans cold buttermilk biscuits
1/2 cup granulated sugar
Ground cinnamon, to taste
1/2 cup butter
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 table spoons water

cut each biscuits in to quarters

shake in sack with sugar and cinnamon.  Pile pieces into a large greased and floured tube pan or bunt.  Heat butter, water and brown sugar until melted and pour over biscuits.  bake at 350 for 30 to 35 min
