Ragout

Ingredients:
3 28 ouch cans of tomato sauce
Various Meats (Only use beef, veal or lamb thick cut with bone is better or sausage)
Rigatoni 1 pound box
Bag of shredded mozzarella 
1/2 Onion Diced
3 cloves of Garlic thin sliced
Olive Oil

Preparation:
Use a large pot and coat the bottom with olive oil.
Heat on medium high until it begins to smoke.
Put onions and garlic in oil and heat for 2 minutes.
Add meat, it should cover the bottom of the pot.
Brown on both sides then add tomato sauce.
Simmer on low (I set it to 1) for 5 hours.
Cook Rigatoni according to box, do not oil the water or rinse after cooked.
Remove meat and serve separately.
Add noodles to remaining sauce and serve with cheese on top.
