Ribs (fall off the bone)
Ingredients:
Ribs (beef or Pork)
2 Table Spoon Salt
2 Table Spoon
Pepper
1 Table Spoon Paprika
1 Table Spoon Mustard Seed
1 Table Spoon
Cumin
1 Table Spoon Garlic Powder
1 Table Spoon Chili Powder
1 Table
Spoon Onion Powder
1 Table Spoon Brown Sugar
1 Table Spoon Red Pepper
(Cayenne)
1 cup of your favorite BBQ sauce
Preparation:
Mix all the the above dry spices in a bowl. Remove membrane
from ribs, you can also cut them into smaller sections. Rub spice mix generously
on ribs and place in zip lock bag.
put in the fridge over night or leave
them out for 2 hours for same day cooking.
Pre heat oven to 250
Wrap ribs in tin foil, leaving a seam on the top. (you will need to
open this while hot. You can also cut it open)
Bake ribs in oven
for 3 to 4 hours
Open tin foil (they dont look so good yet) brush with sauce and broil for 2
min, brush with sauce again and broil for 2 more minutes.
