Pot Raost
Ingredients:
1 (3 pound) Boneless Chuck Roast
1 1/2 teaspoon House seasoning (recipe follows)
1/4 cup Oil
1 onion, thinly sliced
3 bay leaves
4 crushed boullion cubes cruahed
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 Chardonnay
Preparation:
Sprinkle roast on all sides with house seasoning. Using a skillet over high heat, sear roast on all sides in oil. Place roast in slow cooker and layer onions, bay leaves, garlic, boullion and soup. Add chardonnay and cover with water. Cook onlow for 8 hours.
House Seasoning:
1 cup salt
1/4 cup black pepper
1/4 cup Garlic Powder
